A local small business owner retained attorneys Brad Barrios and David Hayes after she discovered competitors using her “before-and-after results” photographs on the internet and in marketing materials.  The firm brought false advertising claims under the Lanham Act and copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).  The case settled for $500,000 before trial.
